I am proudly Italian, a wife and daughter first, and a happy mother to a Montenegrin boy. Montenegro has been my home since 2015, and over the years it has become much more than the destination where I built my business — it has become part of my story.
Before entering the world of weddings and events, I earned a Master's Degree in Foreign Languages, specialising in Sinology, from the University of Rome La Sapienza. I then spent more than a decade working in international cooperation, travelling around the world and managing programmes focused on climate change and environmental sustainability for the Italian Government.
In 2015, I moved to Montenegro and began what I like to call my second life.
I founded my own company and started working as an advisor in the tourism and hospitality industry. Combining my international experience with my passion for Montenegro and my natural talent for languages — I speak five — I developed expertise in travel design and property management, working on commercial and strategic projects that helped showcase Montenegro as a unique lifestyle destination.
It was through this work that I discovered a natural connection between travel, hospitality and events.
Many of the clients I met along the way began asking me to organise their weddings, private celebrations and special occasions. I quickly realised that creating meaningful experiences for people was where my passion and professional strengths came together.
As demand grew, I specialised in destination wedding planning in Montenegro, gradually transforming the company into what Bleisure Montenegro is today: a luxury wedding and event planning company combined with a personalised Lifestyle Concierge service.
Today, I work with discerning couples and international clients looking for something beyond a beautifully organised event.
They are looking for privacy, discretion, exceptional service and a celebration that feels genuinely personal. They want to experience Montenegro through the eyes of someone who knows the country intimately — while bringing the elegance, attention to detail and hospitality of an Italian approach.
My role is to bring these two worlds together.
Over the years, I have carefully built a trusted network of exceptional local partners across Montenegro, from wedding venues and florists to chefs, photographers, entertainers and hospitality professionals.
Together with my team, we manage every detail behind the scenes — from finding the right venue and designing the atmosphere to coordinating suppliers, managing logistics and creating personalised experiences for you and your guests.
